Hi,
Anyone know how to get MMS working over a CSD WAP connection on a T68i?
I receive the MMS notification, but when I try to download it, the phone doesn't try to dial out using the WAP profile I specified in my MMS settings. Instead, it tries to download the MMS without connecting first, which results in an error (not surprisingly!)
The WAP profile works fine for browsing over CSD, so I'm not sure why the phone doesn't want to dial out over WAP to get my MMS.
My firmware is R2B025. Is there a bug in this version?
Any ideas would be most welcome!

caspa, not true. MMS bearer can be CSD, albeit slow. But IT IS part of the MMS specifications.
npollard, your network operator must support MMS with CSD as the bearer. check with them first.

It turned out that the phone was making a connection (although it isn't clear from the dialog box that it is making a connection, unlike email and WAP).
The problem was that the MMS message was corrupted. I'd have expected a more informative error, though!
Incidentally, I can confirm now it definitely does work over CSD - you don't need GPRS.
