> K500i and Manual Key Lock

I am new in K500i . The auto key lock is working fine but I can not turn key lock on manually. According to the manual it is needed to keep back button pressed. Unfotunatelly it is not working. Also keeping down "*" is not working.
Can anybody help me on this please?

Try "*" & then the "More" button. That works on a k700i. Im assuming it should work on a k500i too.
It is the reverse of what used to be the sequencein a T610.
T610 used to be "More" & then "*"
