I've tested these pixel resolutions and the 1280*960 gives a sharper picture than 640*480.But UK magazine W@mob stated in the K700i review (which it got 4/5 stars rating) that the extended 1280*960 does not
improve the quality of photo but only enlarges it and they also said that this extended mode is useless.I totally disagree.What ya think? [:]

I think its very close looking at the samples in my review but I think the VGA pictures are a bit sharper but I guess thats to be expected since the extended pictures are simply the VGA pictures with interpolation to enhance the resolution. Cretainly the extended pictures produced by the K700 are heaps better than the ones created by the T610/T630 etc

Yes interpolation doesnīt add "real" resolution to a photo, but i found the k700 internal interpolation better than enlarging a vga file in psp, so itīs always a good idea to use it
