I haven't seen this before, then I went to moto UK website, and it isn't listed there???

Looks quite good,

1.2MP cam,

BT, etc etc...

Or has it been mentioned and I didn't notice?

It's basically a V620 with a 1.2mp camera, Transflash memory slot, 4K colour external screen and an updated UI.
