> How to remove when forwarding SMS

I haven't been able to find this in the archives, and it's a problem that's been bugging me for many months. When I forward a SMS, it shows as header " showing my moble number. This adds to the length of the SMS, sometimes increasing it to more than one message, & I have to delete it everytime. Is there any way by which this header wouldn't automatically show each time I forward a SMS??
