> P910i to PC Connection

I have just installed my P910i software to my PC and connected the P910i handset to the cradle and for some reason the PC will not see the handset.
I have done a searched and have done the following.
- Disabled Norton Antivirus/Firewall
- Selected the correct port under the mobile phone options.
What am i doing wrong? any help will be appriciated.

Did you install the software before connection
I had a few problems also
Try connectin first then reset ur pc then install usin the install wizard
