> Problum with Date Mate software

Hi guys,
I have been having some issues with alarm of Date mate software. The problem is that my appointments, Birthday, Holiday alarms or reminder sound i get with this software is just a simple click. i have configured a different sound file for alarms and reminders on my control pannel ( sounds and alerts). Though my calander appointments and reminders take the setting of sound files set in control panel but this software dose not. I dont find a way to configure the alarm settings for this software. My software is installed in memory stick.
What can be the issue if any one can guide me through....
