I just spent five hours trying to get AT&T Wireless to take back my T68m (which I had for three days past the return policy), as they had just started selling the T68i. Finally, after hours of runaround between AT&T and SonyEricsson, AT&T relented and gave me a brand new T68i.

I strongly reccomend AT&T Wireless for GSM in the United States. They have pre-configured everything, including MMS. Plus they charge a lot less then Cingular for data access and have better customer service and technical support (like, they will replace your phone if they can't fix your problem).

Personally, I don't think that SonyEricsson will offer the MMS upgrade for a LONG time in the United States. It's mostly SE's fault, but I think that the three GSM cell phone carriers in the US have been pressuring them to not offer it.

Anyways, when I checked my firmware version, it said R3A023! Since I never used a T68i firmware before, I'm reading over the forms and post the noticable changes after I read all the changes between the T68m and the T68i.
