Hello All,
I've just taken a K700 apart, to change the microphone.
But when I pushed the top rear cover back on, I snapped the light for the camera off.
Has anyone else done this?
Is there any way I could buy this little circuit board with the light on it?
I can't solder the light back on, as the tracks on the pcb are damaged.

you cant take it to a se service centre because by opening it up you void your warranty and therefor have to pay for whatever they do to it to fix it

why don't you try to glue the pcb back on and solder some small wires in place of the trace to the LED. Although there's no harm in trying but I don't think SE service centers will try to fix that for you, specially knowing how you did it.

glue it with what, im quite sure super glue wouldnt work, it leaves that white residue like on most other plastics doesnt it. you could use araldite, but the tricky part would be actually soldering the wires onto it
