downloading a 3ivx clip at the moment was just wondering if the phone will playback or will i need to alter something to get it to do this thanks

What do you mean by most likely! Nothing else will play it. The handset alone only play MP4s & 3GPs
Also your divx file cannot exceed 208x320 res! And you need codecs.
