Is there anyway of eliminate, or at least reduce that blue area above the network signal graph on k700i?
I'm on R2AA, if anyone can help, i would thank a lot

Yes, it can be deactivated. Go to connectivity, data comm, prefered service, set to gsm only and NOT gsm + gprs

You can de-activate the gprs symbol. Simply goto 'connectivity' options from the main menu, select 'Data Comm.' -> Preferred service and select 'GSM only'.
The gprs signal indicator will only come back on when you connect to gprs.
