> SOS calls only

i know what it means but i use to get signal everywhere in the house but in the past week it always says SOS calls only...does annyone know how to fix it or why its happening?? o2 k700i

I guess, it is a problem with the gsm tower near your place, or else, you might have damaged the internal antennae. Is it like that every where? Meaning, if you are in open places with strong signals, does it still show SOS?
*edit* it shows Emerg call only, not SOS. sos used to be in the t series.

It means that your phone can not connect to o2 but can access other networks if you need to phone 999 for example.

Are you sure this is not a coverage problem. Yes, dropping phone too many times may cause that. Do you have warranty? If yes, take it to SE. do you have the guts to open the phone yourself? It is easy. The antennae, is under the back cover, you might need to adjust it. If no guts, take it to SE and have them fix. It. Be sure to be careful when opening phone:-)
