Hey guys,
Ever since Gmail came out with pop settings ive wanted to access my email through it but I disliked having to use a third party app to do so and wanted it to work in flip closed mode too so I found this neat feature that T-mobile offers for setting up your email.
It was really simple all I did was type in my username and password in their site to log into Gmail, then they did the rest all the 'hard stuff' was already setup.
The tricky part is setting it up on the phone check out a screenshot i took of what settings you should use:

All in all i think this method is nicer for people on t-mobile who wish to access their e-mail without having to resort to a 3rd party app.
Btw sorry if this has been posted before but I closely followed the other Gmail on P910 thread and found no luck cept for the gmailwireless wap site and the profimail app to use.

Are you checking email thru Tzone or the built in email client?
Checking thru Tzone is nothing new, everybody is trying to "Pull" their email with the email client.
Also can you post your settings on phone?

and then u put in all that other info on ur fone and ur set

isn't it that you use gmail forward to your tmobile acct then you download your tmobile email to your p900?

yeah thats pretty much what i think its doing, see since i can't conect directly to GMail using the native client i let t-mobile do the job and then i conect to t-mo's server to get my gmail msgs
