Hello all!I want your help!I'm going to buy tomorrow a memory stick duo for my S700i!Will the phone recognize it automatically when i'll put it on it or must the memory stick be formatted?Thanks in advance for your help!

The phone will recognise it but its always worth formatting new media in the device you're going to use it with.

BTW, remember the S700 is not compatible with PRO Duo so the largest normal Duo available is 128MB

The ms duo can be used as soon as you insert it into the s700. You will not need to format it. The s700 does not have the option to format a card anyway. Whatever you do, do not format the ms duo with your pc as the card will not work in you phone afterwards. This message was posted from a WAP device
