I cant see a new users forum here, so i thought i would say hello.
I have just got my k700i this morning, and i am more than pleased with it from upgrading originally from a T610 then to T630 and now to my K700i
I do have one problem tho, which i think a few people have had..

Any help would be great... I have a data cable on order so lets hopefully get rid of all that nasty vodafone stuff

You cant remove the voda branding and stuff with a USB data cable, you need a service cable for that

You can de-brand your k700i by flashing it with the latest generic
firmware from SE Tool (www.setool.net).
Either all or almost all of the Vodafone crap will be removed.
