I'd like to make my own wallpapers and there are 3 questions that have appeared:

1. In which directory do I have to copy wallpapers made by me, so that they would be see by system and in which extension have they to be?

2. As I understand, there are two kinds of wallpapers: for flip open and flip closed mode. How do the system distinguish them ? should I copy them to separate places in phone?

3. Are their resolutions as follows?:

Flip-open - 320*208
Flip-closed: 208*208

Thanks a lot!

.jpg should be fine.

You simply specify which background to use in the Control Panel. Name them accordingly (i.e. background-flipopen.jpg and background-flipclosed.jpg)

Yes they are correct, however in flip open the wallpaper wll have hidden areas at the top and bottom due to the task and status bar. I recommend downloading and trying out some of my custom made wallpapers from my website.

Save it as a jpg and it should be save in the "Image" folder either on phone or memory stick.

you can store them in any image folder you want. when you're selecting it for use, just go to that folder, although that really isn't necessary since the default folder selection is ALL therefore all image files should show up.
