i have had my D500 for a few days now and am lovin' it
- but i used a "delete all" function on the mp3 section (cuz i just wanted to put some fresh music in) and it deleted the whole folder structure under music, so i no longer have "music", "my music" and "downloaded music" or whatever was there before...
can anyone help? its proper pissed me off

no, as I learned today before posting my D500 to its buyer there is no master reset. there is only a "reset all settings" but then you have to go through calendar, tasks, phonebook, calls etc performing "delete all" functions.

naah tried that... and i have tried using the pc software to create new folders along with the regular windows bluetooth software to create them and no luck
why the hell do samsung let a user delete something that messes up the phones operation???

i had a squizz on the net and found that on the d500 that code is actually the E2P Custom Reset, tried that and all the settings are back to default, but still no folders...
so i tried *2767*3855# which is the E2P Full Reset and i'm not sure what extra stuff got whacked back to normal but i still aint got nought in music...

TBH i dont think there is one to reset to factory defaults
even after the E2P full reset i still have my photos/videos still there etc...
