Just installed Opera on my P910 and found a nice feature over and above SE Internet. Sat here with my laptop on, Opera was connecting via bluetooth onto the laptop and using the laptop network connection rather than dialing up via GPRS. Which is all rather nice and convenient as it means I can use the fast WiFi or 3G connection of the laptop for browsing/download a lot of the time and save the GPRS slow link for when the laptops off.
Wonder if I can bluejack someone elses laptop network connectionl?

yeah, this has been a known bonus of using opera since the early days of the P800
you would only be able to use someone else bluetooth laptop connection if you were paired with their pc

just pair the phone and pc together and open opera!

Could someone kindly explain what the advantage is of viewing web pages on a Pxxx as opposed to on a laptop screen? why pair laptop with Pxxx and view web pages on small Pxxx screen when they could simply be viewed on the laptop?
I have a p910 and an IBM Thinkpad (RIP), and if someone can tell me the advantage(s), I'll go and buy a bluetooth card tomorrow.
I get the feeling the answer is simple yet I'm not seeing it.

Sometimes you wanna load something onto your phone, I use Opera to go straight to that site and download to phone. Also not everyone have a laptop, you gotta take a sh!t? take your phone with you and surf the net.
