Have you tried doing the screen test in the secret menu??

first it was small, and after 10 days i saw that the mark was Bigger

I opened my phone to see what it is, i can see it on the ''main screen'' too

Have you put any pressure on the screen area recently, e.g. in a tight pocket, been sat on, dropped, etc.?

Looks like either a crack or damage caused by too much pressure on the lcd
