Dude i havent got a clue if you can...the screen is cracked so unless you get it fixed (if fixable) you can use it as a music player...HD well im not too sure.

lol definately!

I mean 3g's use the same HD as the 4g's so they could easily be used as replacement units. (for the larger models anyway)
You can order replacement screens online as well.

Roughly what kind of price are you looking for for this ipod?

Does it come with all/any of it's accessories? Does it open using standard or T6 screws or something else do you know, and any idea on the cost of new lcds?
