Thinksecret have usually got rumors right, expect the annoucement soon.
Hmm, with the new range of SE "Walkman" handsets coming up, the competition is gonna be tough!

Anyway i dont like to carry two devices. Why dont apple produce iPhone with large touch screen and 20gb hard drive? Why cant se do it? I think its technicaly possible but they are not ready to give it away yet.

This would probably be due to battery life. Current iPod mini's are rated at about 8 hours, and all they do is play music. You add a larger screen, java, bluetooth, GSM radio, always on GPRS and you're gonna need quite a big battery to pull it all off, esp. with the power hungry CF microdrive.
I agree, the cross-over device will be awesome, video, audio, communications, all in a small personal device. We'll see how the SE tackles this with the much anticipated 'walkman' devices.

Well they should be able to get more juice from the new minis, because they did the same thing with the regular iPods, still retaining the same size. I think it was 8hrs to 12 hrs.
We shall see, most likely tuesday, Apple's favourite day for announcements.

Well, it seems they are to be announced some time today, this is what we're looking at:
-6GB Colour Screen iPod Minis
-Reduction in Price for existing iPod Minis
-iPod Photo 40GB down to 30GB and a price reduction
-iPod Photo 60GB possible price reduction
at least this is what I have read @ thinksecret.com
