Is the only way to update software for a sony ericsson phone by syncstation, or can you update via say a t68 unlock cable?
If you can do it this way how?

But then dont I have to buy credits whenever there is a software update?
In the website it says unlimited credits for 169 euro.
How much are single credits if I only wanted to update the software and then unlock when my contract runs out?

Software update is free also Setool (after initial credit) but decusomizing will cost you a credit.
Best to use SEUS if you can but if not Setool will be happy to help you out.
