I use email here in switzerland with my mobile (sending and receiving) and everything works perfectly. I go on vacation to tenerife for two weeks and want to send emails with my t68i. What's the best way to do this by gsm? buy a local sim card? how do i get access to an account where i can send email? any suggestions?

I had the same problem when I went to Spain in may.
If your network provider have a GPRS agreement with a spansih network provider you can use GPRS for e-mail and WAP, if not you'll have to use the "old fashion" call-up-your-home-network-WAP. That's gonna cost you a heck of a lot every time you check your e-mail or have a quick peak at the news.
So... Ask your network provider he they have an agreement with a Spanish network provider about GPRS, if they haven't; get a local "pre paied" sim-card for the time you're there.

You'll find the WAP-settings you need, for both alternatives, on the SE pages. Download them to your phone before you go, and you should be OK. Good luck! KS
