> PS2 phone charging

At my house i dont have many unused plugs to charge my phone, but i noticed when i plug my phone into my computer with the data cable it charges. so then i noticed the ps2 has a usb port so i pluged my phone in and it charges. if i was to allow my ps2 to charge my phone could this damage the battery or any part of the phone?

no, I've been charging phones from USB ports for years now and never had a problem as the SE phones (and others) take care of how they charge themselves
same when you plug into car chargers or any other means of charging
