I have a unbranded p910 currently on orange however when i'm on wap i am limited to downloading files less than 300k 1stly why is this 2nd is there anyway i can get around this?

Yup. There is a limit to the size of files you can download over wap. If you are using the html mode, that limit will not be there.

I'm not sure of the p series, but in k, that option is under connectivity, "internet profiles" , select one, edit. Must be along that lines in the p series too.

What about the W810? Does it have a download limit too? Coz I can't download too big files either ever since I switched to NOP, whereas MO never gave any such problem.

I would have though it applied to all phones since it is the network you are downloading from which will set the limits. Changing to HTML is only a way around the limit afaik and not what sets the actual limit.
