I noticed that too,

I tried the link twice when I 1st saw it and it definitly worked, it might have been pulled again.

Someone also mentioned only being able to go to the update page when you were logged as certain countries on the SE page.

Its R3K, i had mine flashed last night.....worked with errors for 4 tries, then finally after getting the error again, i checked my version and it was R3K with just the english language as its package. hope it will all work for you guys
