what provider do you have that has offered a branded P910a? Last I checked none of the US providers had this phone.

On P9xx the Startup\Shutdown videos are in the firmware so the only way to get rid of branded ones is to get the phone flashed with unbranded f/w

I think you can change start/shutdown file. If you use handy explorer, or any other prog that can do the same, in the system files there is visible the actual files. You can replace them for another file if you wan't. BUT! think before you try, if your phone doesn't start up anymore you're F***!

You cannot overwrite any files in A:/ and Z:/ with just some File manager....

you need to flash the phone!

Not entirely wrong as you can change them on a P800 but with the P9xx the files are part of the f/w & so are contained in the ROM (Read Only Memory) drives which cannot be modified

right now im in mexico and the bigest provider is TELCEL that offers tons of diferent brands phones tdma and gsm ones even the mostadvanced ones like the p800 p900i p910a s700i s710i all the nokia comunicator series even the new 9500 one blackberry services of course EDGE and for the finish of the yearUMTS services like video call http://www.telcel.com/gsm/equipos/equipo_menu.htm?

Wow, I'm impressed by your provider's selection. We need better phone selection here in the US. I don't understand why we don't, I mean most phones work here.
