Yes, to both. Although operator change you need some flashing kit.

Is suggest you search for P800 startup/shutdown mp4 change. Its been discussed quite alot. Make sure you get it right otherwise you end up with a phone that wont boot

i ve seen tose post...but some doubts..
1.do i have to delete all the files in tht folder?
2.will the phone crash with new files with audio when the default files are deleted?
3.will reflashing at SE fix ur phone after its crashed?

You can use FrontView to do this also has some handy apps within it which are quie cool, such as telling you the amount of batter time left and allowing you to name cell id regions etc etc
