I would like to uninstall SE Desktop p910, but can't find the way to do it.
Can someone help me please ?

If you mean the whole sync software then you can find that in control panel, add/remove programs of course
if you just mean the icon, because thats all it is really as it just loads windows explorer, then the following thread might be interesting where I commented about a tool called TweakUI
I don't want the P900 icon on my desktop!

This is a software I downloaded from SE Global Support web site but I don't need it anymore on my phone.

I can uninstall SE Desktop the same as any other app by going to the App list > Applications > Uninstall.
Sony Ericsson Desktop should appear in the list.
Occassionally on the P-Series an app doesn't show there and so you will need to remove it manually with a good file manager like FileMan or HandyExplorer
