K700 is 176 x 220 pixel display, T610 is 128 x 60.

there is no particular size for the caller id image. the phone just resizes whatever image you choose.
however, it doesn't make sense to keep images larger than the phone needs (128 x 127 or 128 x 160) since large images would simply use up too much of the phone's 2MB memory unnecessarily.
