Ok its me. The prob as stated above. Communication with pc fine. Able to use phone as a modem over ir. Pic transfer to and from phone fine. Did not try fma as the download got corrupt and did not want to waste time doing another 2.5mb download. Tried to send all contacts and also single one, just shows connecting for a long time and then connection failed. Pics, vids, themes, transfer is fast and easy. What could be the problem?

Hmm, I used to be able to send contacts to the PC by IR when I had a T300.
It worked every time & received a file called Whole Phonebook

I am trying for the first time and desperately trying to master reset phone. I tried at cuz's place as my pc is in slammer. I did not master reset because of the phonebook trouble. Rest all are backed up, except for contacts.
