Hi, I wanted to sync my k700i with the mobile suite software, but I don't know how. I'm using a Targus bluetooth dongle, and when I choose the sync feature, it says that the connection failed. Please help!!

What is that 'mobile suite software' that you are using?
After installing the bluetooth dongle, you can use try pairing the devices and see if you can browse the phone content from your PC.

Pc suite use com port you must enable com port that visiul com of bluetooth of confix pc suite ect com 5 or com 6 you can see it in device maneger .. It work beacuse i can do it with my bluetooth
