I know there are programs to convert .mp3 to .mid . does these programs work good? and does anyone know where to get? If there's someone who have it.. please be so kind and send it to:

They do not work in the sense that you are probably expecting.
The way they work is the program will read the MP3 for instruments which are in the MIDI table (guitars, trumpets, etc) and convert them to MIDI instruments. This is at best sketchy and usually results in wrong sounding files. Now if you have something in the MP3 that is not contained in the MIDI tables such as a voice or some other sound effect, the resulting output is noise. Most of these programs never do a straight conversion, there is always loss of information as the program must determin what instruments are meant to be what.
Orchastral MP3's work best as these usually are just instrumentals but even with them don't expect a miracle.

Mostly those program's are used for ripping mp3 tones on websites. those mp3's sounds like MIDI but are MP3.

The best one I have ever used is
TS-Audio.
It's not perfect and probably wont convert the music files you want (plus you really have to fiddle with the options to get a decent conversion).
