> Z1010 and Bluetooth issues

I'm on my second Z1010 from Orange UK. The first phone (R1H firmware) locked up frequently. The second (R1K) is also locking up. In both cases, I have to remove the battery in order to restart it. It would appear that the lockup problem may relate to my use of the SE HBH-200 Bluetooth headset, which is listed as compatible and does work – displaying the caller ID and permitting calls from the displayed call list, as it also does with my old T39m.
I also note that the Z1010 cannot provide simultaneous support for both a Bluetooth data connection between my PPC (Fujitsu Siemens LOOX 720) and the headset. If the headset is on, the PPC cannot access the phone for the GPRS service. If the PPC is actively using Bluetooth, the headset displays “Failed” when I try to initiate communication with the phone.
I don’t know about the official specification for the phone, but I’d have thought that I if the phone stores details of up to 16 Bluetooth devices, then the use of two or more devices simultaneously would not be an unreasonable expectation. Is anyone able to confirm what the actual specification is?
Can anyone kindly confirm that they have (or don't have) similar problems with a Z1010 supplied by another operator - or one that has unbranded (original) SE firmware installed – since it may be a problem introduced by Orange’s modifications.
I’d also be interested in hearing from any V800/Z800 users to understand whether or not this might be a Z1010 specific problem.

However, I would appreciate any advice from others on causes of the freezing of the phone. I'm pretty sure it's caused by the phone interacting with the HBH-200 headset. The question is whether it's due to rogue handset, a general Z1010 firmware problem or Orange's customisation.

I found out the hard way that SE's can be tempramental with the SIM card. I went through 3 crashing T630s and 1 K700i before it got to the point the phone wouldn't even boot up. Found out it was down to the SIM card in the end after a couple of other forum users pointed it out to me.
The only SIM card it's worked smoothly with is the SIM card that came with a branded K700i. The rest of the other SIM cards tried in the phone have worked but never been as quick to turn on.
