Hey there i dropped my P900 the other day and it hit the ground quite hard.

The screen is cracked right across. What are the chances that they'll be able to replace it?

If the screen has broken is it likely other stuff has too?

The phone hit the ground on the top left corner and not a direct hit to the screen itself. Im hoping the phone is going to be replaced for a P910i.

Anyone know my chances?

Not up to date with all the P900/P910i stuff anymore...anyone got a link to get the latest stuff?

Cheers,

Seems like a non-warranty issues, even if it was under warranty, they will just repaired it or replace with a refurbished unit.

what happened? Wldnt think it wld be covered under warranty, its accidental damage. If your insurance covers that then you may well get a new phone. Depends on cost of repair!

I once broke my LCD on my p900, t-mobile's asurion just wanted to replace it with a different model since they didn't have any p9s in stock.
So i called SE and they gladly replaced my lcd AND my housing/camera even though it wasn't broken just really scratched and dirty. All i had to do was pay $6.50 to ship it to them and call them about the problem
I think the difference between ur problem and mines however is the fact that mines was an issue between the lcd and the input itself, the display wasn't physically broken for me.
