I went out of my network providers range today and got the message "emergency calls only"... a normal thing. However when I got my signal back, rather than say Vodafone, it kept the emergency message up with a full signal bar in the top corner (I knew I had the signal back because I made calls). Rather than turn the phone off I though I would put it in flight mode then back to phone mode to see if it refreshed itself, but it just completely froze.
Has anybody had this problem before, I hadn't until today.

Is your phone branded? Probably a software bug there.
