ive just had my p910i unlocked a few days ago & been online a lot (thanks to the crew on the 02 topic) my bat use to last 2 to 3 days but after unlocking it only lasts a day.if im surfin i only get bout 4 hours. would there be some background unlock program running that sman wouldnt see or is this normal. gprs s connected all the time would this do it. any suggestions welcome

If you detached your GPRS it would be a little better. When GPRS is attached it constantly look for signal. When detached it will only look for the signal when prompted to by you.

I don't quite know what you mean by detached, but there seems to be a feature on P900 that causes the GPRS triangle to turn grey and stop looking for a signal. If this is the "detached" state I can't quite figure out how to do it on my P910. Please advise me.

Go into control panel>Connections>internet account>Other>select GSM only in the Preferred mode.
