I'm from Philippines. I'm a SMART Telecom subscriber. My GPRS is already posted that my GPRS is already activated, but when I try to use it by its Mobile Internet, it will be stated there "GPRS failed" followed by "GPRS parameters not supported". Pls help me with this, so that I can surf the net by using my cellphone like all of you. Thank You!

we're in the same boat- i've been bugging SMART cust serv since Friday and they've assured me that my GPRS is activated, and that it hasnt beenr eflected in their "switch" yet(guess their network thing).
arnoldc has been very helpful (we've discussed this under the MMS setup thread)..but i think we've exhausted all possibilities with regards to phone configuration, etc.
if its not our phone setup then the problem may be on SMART's end..hopefully they fix it and we get to access GPRS soon!

ok..for the record, here's what i've done..all to no avail
1) used SMART's OTA setup facility
2) deleted existing WAP profiles and Data Accounts - when I restarted my phone, a new profile (SMART), appears, as well as 2 Data Accounts (Internet and wap)- tried using these settings, sitll no go
3) went to a Wireless Center and the Customer Rep checked out my settings, he said its ok
4) They checked my GPRS account if its active, and they said it is, except that "switch" thing
5) did a Manual Reset "all"
it's getting quite frustrating, but thanks to the community here, it's been bearable
