Well! I've just gotton off the phone with O2 services adn they've told me that theres been a totall recall of the k700. So the alternitives are:
se t630
o2 x3
m v547
n 6230
n 6820
n 6600
n 6610i
n 3220
n 6260
n 7260
Which is the closest to the K700i??

I think the 6230 although Samsung D500 and Moto E398 are also quite close.

I thought there was only 3 or 4 phones choice as replacement as we've had this discussion about what to get several times and no one else has mentioned as many options?
have they increased the range now or are you now able to pay a little extra to get a better choice?

No. They told me this is the 'free' options. Because they are totally recalling the k700. None of them match up to it though *sniff* Oh well, a phone that works is better than a mp3 player i guess.

Can you give more information on this? I got mine in December and had no probs with it. They havent contacted me to exchange it.

When i called up to complain that my phone had been in and come back unrepaired after mentions a texting problem he said' i'll stop you there adn tell you we're recalling the k700' Maybe they not implemented it yet but may do soon. nothing about the S700i. this was on the non premium number
EDIT: Sorry, another guy i've just spoken to to order the 6230 from said it only recalled if its faulty. But the range of replacements has changed.
