I wanna try setting up some email accounts so i recieve/send messages on my Sony Ericsson T610. My phone supports POP and IMAP4 protocols. So far i have sucessful added and enabled Orange email.

Does anyone know the email settings for the following email providers and if they will work on my handset?

Tried bluebottle.com for free pop3 mail? And isn't pop3 on yahoo a paid service? Also, i don't think hotmail offers pop3. I might be wrong though. ;-) This message was posted from a T230

whizzkid: Cool Thanks. I've now registered a email account with that provider and set it up on my mobile which works!

As far as I know, most of the free providers that you listed don't give you POP3 access. (Hotmail, Excite, Yahoo, etc.)

However, I'm not sure about o2, I would've thought they would allow their customers to check their email on the move, a call to customer services or something may be a good idea.

I'm just wondering if it possible to access Bluebottle on WAP?

One thing i noticed with this email provider is that when i get any new emails, they get delivered into the "Pending" folder first rather then the inbox. I dont see any options to prevent that, so i think its built in the account. It a good way of controlling and preventing spam but i wont able to see new emails when i download them on my mobile. The only way i can access them is though a interent on a PC and click on the "allow" option on the pending messages to let any future emails from that domain go to my inbox.
