I cant seem to do it. When i try it stops at 63% and d500 restarts. Phones are paired and ive sent other stuff between them successfully. Just got d500 today.

If you have a PC Bluetooth or IR dongle why not do it with MS Outlook.
I moved from a Sony Clie to SEP900 and my issue was with carriage returns in adresses. e.g.
I used outlook to clean up the adresses (putting the postcode in the postcode field and all that) and after that syncronisation worked.
I hope you have more luck with your D500.
Nice little phones with a far better battery life than the P900's.

i needed to back my contacts once and asked on another forum and got this answer... SmartvCard" download a trial backup contacts then transffer them to the computer then to your other phone by cable, ir, bluetooth, email!
