hi guys!

is it just me, but when you switch on your k700i , with a downloaded theme (not any of the defaults) theres a small grey border on the top (like when you takes pictures)?
I dunno why it's been happening to me, but when i use the default themes (blub, flo, lumic and waip) it doesnt happen

Does it do it just at startup or does it remain on the standby screen & menu etc.

Also does it happen on just one theme or several?

Either way, never noticed it myself.

That was one of my thoughts. Could just be the theme pics are too small as they're made for the lower resolution screen of the K500

sorry fro the late reply (school!)

yeah, it only does it on the startup, not in standby etc.
it cant be the fact that it is k500 themes, because, i have around 25 themes, all of which are downloaded from different k700i sites, some are even from esato..

Its not K500 themes as this would cause the picture on the standby screen & menu to be too small, not just at startup.

@ govigov
If it was just startup animation it would always be the same regardless of theme & he said it doesn't happen with standard themes.

But once phone is "logged on" alls fine!

All of the phones do that AFAIK when you're at the PIN enter screen, its different to his problem.

It could simply be the .jpg files used in the theme are corrupt, have a far too high colour depth or arent the right size ( as already mentioned ).

But the likelihood that every theme he has d/loaded has this problem is rather remote.
