no,

just go to the website, go to the Orange World section and get the settings sent to ur phone. If you do not have GPRS enabled, you will need to call 450 and ask them to enable it.

yes its free from an Orange PAYG phone. You need to go to the option "trouble with ...." and then the "connecting to the internet" section. There you will speak to someone.
