I just synchronized my phone with my laptop and all the new Tasks, Appointments, and Notes that I'd added since the last sync a few days ago are gone! Ahhgg!!!
My Sync Station Settings "Standard synchronization" tab settings for Conflict Resolution are set to "Do not synchronize conflicting items."
Force full synchronization is unchecked on the "Full synchronization" tab.
What the eff!?!?
