> T230 - T28 cable communication problem

When I connected my T230 with PC by using ERI T28 cable, it sends continuous data on COM port. Which is observed in HyperTerminal software at 115200 baud rate.
What is this data? How to switch the mode of the T230 so that this data will stop & T230 will be in condition to respond for AT commands?
