> help! my k700i is loosing contacts

i noticed that some contacts stored on my k700i are without phone numbers i.e i can see names but no numbers,its been happening for a while now.it can happen to any of my numbers,then i will have to delete the name or store it again. so i have resorted to storing numbers on my sim so as not to loose em. is anyone else experiencing this same problem wit their k700i.
i havent upgraded my firmware yet, dunno if that is actually important thats why i havnt done it yet.
