Seems that there have been a few threads on this, but no definitive answer yet.
Anyone found out how to send email over O2 GPRS?
I have tried smtp.o2.co.uk - it finds the server, but cannot send email.
I have also tried an open SMTP relay, which I can get working over GPRS connected to my laptop. Seems a bit strange that I can telnet to port 25 of the server over GPRS from my laptop and successfully send an email "by hand", but the phone cannot do it.
Any ideas?
