> K700 Optimized Charging Issue

Recently, when charging my k700 the Optimized charging screen will pop up more than once. I cannot play games when it charges anymore, as the 'Optimized Charging' screen keeps interrupting. If I let it sit by itself the popup doesnt occur. ANyone have any ideas whats going on?
Oh.. Current Firmware via Dss25, and not damaged or anything like that!

That seems to be a case of loose contact to me! Try cleanning the contacts of the connector. Thats what i do when this happens! :-D

Yea, i've tried that, wiggling, etc, I am pretty sure its a solid clean connection. It really does sound like a bad connect tho, especially since it doesnt happen when im not touching it =)

optimized charging is when a non sony ericsson battery is charging inside the phone (i think). A good way to avoid this is gettin a double charger that charges just the battery itself and the phone. Its in a thread somewhere but i cant find it. Thanks to them for the idea neway!

phone while it's turned-on. Charging a fake or a "non-Sony Ericsson battery" will show another window that says, "Charging Alien Battery".

The chargers themselves can develop loose wires either in the connectors or in the wiring itself. Sounds like it's either the contacts or your charger. I'd try a different one; I bet it solves the problem. Some of my
chargers are very tizzicky.
