> s700i fw update problems, please help me fix!

after i updated my phone to R3K, and performed a master reset, i noticed all my ringtones on the phone got resetted, and the only ones on there are the default ones like greeting, opera, thinking of you and a couple others. So what I did was copy my entire backup ringtones folder on my computer to the phone thinking that it would replace the existing ones, but it didnt, instead on my phone's memory now under ringtones i have like 2 instances of thinking of you, the other one shows up as thinking of you_(2), and now when i try to go into file manager to delete the duplicates it says cannot delete predefined item or protected item, sigh... i cannot even rename em... I tried reperforming the fw update a 2nd time and even did a master reset again, and still no go... how do i get rid of those duplicates please? it's killing me

im not too sure, this happened to my k700i, when i updated online, the sony ericsson picture changed to sony_ericsson_01
it was probably a fault online update (trust me, its happened to many of us - even me) ure probably going to have to get in touch with either carphone warehouse, or sony ericsson themselves. u can do this via e-mail if u wish.
