> Weird problem with the camera on k500i
Bookmark topic
I've noticed that the camera on my k500i is behaving a bit strange. For example when I record videos with the highest resolution all the bright areas become yellow. So if there's a bright lamp in a room all the objects that reflects the light the most will partly disappear and the only visable thing will be a bright yellow colour. This problem doesn't accur when I record videos with the lowest resolution. I find this quite strange, have any of you experienced the same problem?
(I have the same problem when I'm just taking pictures with the camera too. But when I take picture's the problem only accur when I'm taking picture's smaller than 640*480.)

Check your firmware version. What version do you have?

Before trying to upgrade the firmware, i would suggest doing a master reset.
